Use the Access Intelligence > Analytics page to explore detailed insights about discovered entities, top data sources, and an overview of risks, rules, and alerts for each integration provider. This dashboard provides an overview of all entities Veza has discovered, across all integrated data sources.
The analytics overview is also featured as the default dashboard on the Veza home page, and can be accessed by clicking View Dashboard for any integration on the Integrations page.
To filter the analytics page for a specific integration, choose an integration type from the summary or filter menu to show the entities and total Risks for all configured integrations of that type. You can also preview the number of recent Alerts and configured Rules.
The Access Analytics Summary highlights top data sources based on the number of identities, roles, and resources they contain. Click on a data source name to view its entities, total risks by risk level, alerts, and rules.
Use the Integration dropdown menu to view entities by integration.
To open entities and their attributes in Query Builder, click on an entity type name in the Entities section. Click on a risk score to open the matching entities on the Access Risks page.
You can also share or export the current view with another user:
Export: Download a PDF containing the summary of risks, entity types, and their total counts.
Share: Copy a secure link to the clipboard. Another user can open the URL and sign in to open the current filtered view.
The Analytics page can be useful for opening entities in Query Builder to retrieve attributes such as entity IDs when setting extraction limits, developing OAA integrations, or customizing Workflow IdP settings.
